- kitchen is used as a common room
- bathroom with shower and toilet
- large terrace – fairly sitting – nice view!
Apartment B (1+1):
- for 4 people ( it is possible an additional bed)
- one-room apartment on the ground floor with 4 beds
- own private entrance
- fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, dishes, electric kettle, el. table cooker)
- bathroom with shower and toilet

- Price from 180,- CZK/person/day
Rokytnice nad Jizerou
- The location is ideal for hiking and cycling in summer as well as cross-country skiing in winter.
- Skiing areas are close by the house about 1 - 2 km far. Bus stop of Ski-bus (150m), cross – country skiing (300m), sports hall (150m), sauna (150m), tennis courts (150m), massage (200m), wood (150m), infocentre (square, 800m), restaurant (250m), pubs, discotheques, coffee-bars, shops, bowling, ski and mountain bikes rental, ski schools.
