The studio is located in a new flat-building not far from Horní náměstí (the Upper Square) and offer accommodation to all winter and summer sports enthusiasts, but also to those who are seeking a serene retreat for their vacation.

• Area of 45+15 sqm, 2 beds on the upper level, 2 fold-out settees.
• Non-smoking unit. Pets allowed.

Atypical duplex studio apartment with area of 45+15 sqm is designed for comfortable stay of 1-6 persons.

The living area features two large cushy fold-out settees, colour satellite TV, DVD/radio set. Also available is free internet. Sleeping is feasible either on two single beds on the upper level, or on both fold-out settees on the lower level. Depends solely on your liking.

The windows are facing east, south and west, so the studio is sun-lit all day long. At the same time, tts excellent location on the third level provides for a splendid view of the ski slopes.

Your stay will be made pleasant thanks to fully fitted kitchen unit with glass-ceramic hotplate, refrigerator, microwave, contact toaster, toaster, boiling kettle and complete utensils and tableware. Throught the skylight, right from the dining table, you can examine each morning the slopes of Lysa hora for its first skiers.

At your disposal is a good-sized bathroom with heated floors, a bath-tub and a toilet. A spacious foyer with capacious wardrobe enables convenient storage of your belongings and sports gear and equipment (including bikes).To satisfy the heavy traffic conditions of an alpine housing unit, the luxury high-resistance laminate Pergo has been used for flooring. Staying in our studio will make you even more comfortable thanks to a number of small things such as hairdryer, iron, dryer, DVD movies, board games etc.

A part of the studios’ amenities are also a lockable ski box in the house’s entrance hall and an allocated parking place in front of the house.

This is a non-smoking unit and if your dog loves mountains, take him along.

Studio rentals are feasible solely in Saturday to Saturday weekly cycle.
