- Apartmets have and area of 45 – 70 square meters. Capacity of particular apartments is 4 – 6 person. Further one double-apartment with capacity upto 9 person, where there are two bedrooms, each of which has its own sanitary equipement. The kitchen unit and dining room are common.
- In the subbasement there is to each apertment a cellar for placing of ski, bikes etc. under the own lock, further a common room which can be used as drying room. The building has its own parking. The nearest ski rental office, ski-school, shopping centre are 100 m, downhill run 150 m far from here.
- In Summer: swimming pool in own garden, summer-house, outdoor grill, table tennis.
