Rooms:

• Ground flat with its own entrance and kitchen for 3 people.
• Room for 3 people with common kitchen.
• 2 rooms for 5 and 5 people with common kitchen.
• Kitchenette with cooker, microwave oven, kettle and fridge, TV-SAT.
• Wifi Internet Gratis.

Catering:

• Standard kitchenette is at disposal.
• Guests can cook themselves.

Skiing:

• Four-seat cable railway, the longest in the Czech republic.
• 30 ski tows
• Ski tows with night operation
• Greater skiing centres: Studenov (1,5km), Horní Domky (3km)

Leisure time:

• The large place suitable for winter games near the chalet.
• In the centre: sport hall, hothouse, skittles, bowling, horse riding, slide trip, MUSIC club, disco, bars etc.

Payment:

• On reservation of the room, the guest is binding to pay 50% deposit of the whole price for the accomodaiton in advance.
• The payment can be done by bank transfer, eventually by chegue. The rest payment is paid directly to the porter or owner after arrival.

Stay:

• The stay starts in the agreed term from 15 to 19 o´clock. The stay finishes in the agreed term usually within 10 o'clock (eventually after the agreement with the porter or owner).

Cancelation:

• In case of the stay cancelation after deposit payment and binding confirmation of reservation, the cancelation fee is charged:
  > minimum 31 days before arrival – 25% from the whole price of accomodation
  > less than 30 days before arrival – 50% from the whole price of accomodation
