Apartment Location
Our apartment SUNRISE is located in one of the largest recreation centres of the Giant Mountains - in Rokytnice nad Jizerou, which provides its visitors with leisure time and sport activities through all the year. Rokytnice nad Jizerou is well known especially for its down-hill skiing areas of Lysá Hora and Studenov, but also for its beautifull environs and nature.
There are operating 27 ski-lifts in Rokytnice nad Jizerou during the winter season including the four-seat cableway to Lysá Hora ending up in 1300 m above the sea level. There can be found skiing grounds of large scale of difficulty in Rokytnice nad Jizerou, from moderate slopes for beginners to quite exacting ski routes for experienced skiers. Some ski facilities are opened also at night under the lights, which provides the skiers with an unusal experience. Snowboarding is also frequent in Rokytnice nad Jizerou. There are marked routes for cross-country skiers both in the valleys and on the mountain ridges.
Summer visitiors are usually very happy with many opportunities for both walking and mountain-biking tours to various destinations in the town environs.
Apartment Description
The apartment is placed in a new building in the centre of the town on the Lower Square. Therefore our guests are accommodated not very far from the skiing areas. Moreover the shops, restaurants, ski rentals, post office, banks, the ski-bus stop and other services are available just in the nearest vicinity.
The apartment (cca 40m2) consists of a four-bed living bedroom with a kitchen and the dining corner, the corridor and, off course the bathroom with a toilet and a shower. There is a separate ski room available for our guest where can be safely stored their skis an other things.
The apartment is nicely equipped by a new wooden furniture. In the living bedroom there are four beds, two commodes, sitting corner with an armchair and a small table and a colour TV /SAT. In the kitchen there is a kitchen line with all necessary dishes and other outfit, electrical hot plate, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator and a large dining table for four. In the corridor there is quite big wardrobe. Parking is just in front of the entrance to the building.
Reservation and Sale Conditions
- Attention! We do not accept any animals in our apartment!!!
- You can forward us your order either by e-mail or by fax or to send us a letter to our address given above. The weekly stays always begin on Saturdays. Normally the arrival is between 3 to 7 p.m. The departure is next Saturday until 10 a.m. In case of later arrival (e.g. due to severe travel conditions in winter) it is necessary to inform our representative in Rokytnice nad Jizerou, who is given in your Voucher.
- The reservation starts to be valid after we obtain your 30% advance payment to our bank account. It is confirmed by a Voucher that we send to you immediately afterwards. The rest of the sum it is necessary to settle not later than 30 days before your arrival.

- 30 – 15 days before arrival 30%
- 14 – 8 days before arrival 50%
- 7 – 4 days before arrival 80%
- 3 – no show 100%
The prices in the Price List include one week accommodation, final tiding, electricity, heating, cold/warm water, bed-clothing, towels and hand driers, soap, toilet paper. The change of bed-clothing, towels and hand driers is normally provided once a week.
The prices do not include any insurance, travel costs nor board. Our guests either eat in the restaurants around or prepare their meals themselves in the apartment kitchen.
Please note, that our representative in site collects from our guests local charges amounting to 15,- CZK/person/day and a 2000,- CZK (70 eur) key-money. The key-money is, of course, returned to you on your departure if everything in the apartment is O.K.
