Accommodation 
Apartment 1:
- One room with bathroom, double-bed and bunk-bed. Bedside tables, armchairs, wardrobes.
- Another room – with bathroom, double-bed, armchairs, wardrobe.
- Kitchen unit furnished with glass-ceramic four-plate board, places for 6 people, refrigerator, microwave oven, sofa, cable TV.
Apartment 2:
- one room with four beds, hall, large fully furnished kitchen, cable TV.
Winter activities:
There are two skiing centers with the dominant of mountain ranges – Studenova, Lysá Hora, Kotel (1434m). A lot of marked hiking paths also for cross-county skiing, 28 ski-lifts, aerial cableway. The parts of the area are skiing schools, hire services, pubs, sports hall with sauna (cca 1km far from the house). Various sport actions – e.g. SJEZD PAŠERÁKŮ take place here.
Summer activities:
Hiking – a lot of marked paths, volleyball, tennis, cycling – bike hire service, swimming pool – 5 km.
