• Senior prices valid also for holders of health disability card
• School and other organized groups must submit a name list including dates of birth
• Skipasses are not transferable
• Prices in CZK, VAT included
• Family membership must be proved in case of family ticket purchase
• ID card with date of birth is required in case of purchase ticket for children, youth/senior

Discounts, benefits

• 5% in online shop (only for RokyPASS members)
• 10% for skipasses with a guest card Rokytnice+ (multiple-day ski pass)
• 10% for one-day pass and multiple-day tickets with ISIC card - only for adults from 18 years
• Discounts for organized groups:
  • groups of min. 10 persons 5%
  • groups of min. 20 persons 10%
    The discount is intended for non-profit organized interest groups, must be submitted name list confirmed by the organization.
    Not applicable to corporate groups and meetings.

• Skilifts/Chair lift Horní Domky: 8:00 - 16:00
• Chair lift Lysá hora: 8:15 - 16:00
• Ticket offices: 7:45 - 16:30

Notice!

• There is a refundable deposit 50 CZK on each chip card (pass) issued
• The chip cards can be returned at:
  • any cash desk in the skiresort - until 16:30
• During the winter season, the passengers of the chairlift Horni Domky (A1) are obliged to have their skis or snowboards fastened on their foot. The pedestrian passengers are excluded from the transporation and are only transported from 7:50 to 8:00 and from 16:00 to 16:10.
• The pass "Jizda dolu" (Ride down) is to be used for the return ride on the chairlift Lysa hora (A5).
• Any skipass is non-transferable.
• Do not expose the card to undue heat, magnetic field, keep it out of reach of your mobile phones, do not bend it either mechanically damage in any way. The cards that are to be newly issued for damaged or blocked passes are charged.
• A refund for the unused pass balance is provided by the operator just in case that the transportation capacity of the skiresort comes down by more than 50% for at least 1.5 hour. No refund or replacement provided for lost or stolen passes.
• By purchasing a pass, and using the transportation means of the skiresort (chairlifts, tow-lifts), the passengers undertake to respect contractual transport conditions, general instructions for passengers, instructions of the service staff as well as the instruction signs (pictograms) within the skiresort.
• When not complying to the contractual transport conditions and/or general instructions for skiers or snowboarders, when particularly jumping ahead in the queue or riding out of the marked ski runs, the operator reserves the right to expell the passenger from the transportation.
• It is forbidden to restrain the ski runs after 16:00 o´clock. The slopes are being maintained by snow groomers that are hooked on the steel rope winch system – DANGER OF FATAL ACCIDENT!
