Chalupa LEONIKA is located on the Winter Side in Dolní Rokytnice nad Jizerou near Dolní náměstí. The cottage offers 32 beds + 4 – 5 beds in a separate apartment. The cottage is ideal for organizing corporate events, training, weddings, training camps and family holidays.

There is a large plot of land around the cottage ideal for relaxation and children's games. Right next to the cottage there is a spacious parking lot (min. 10 places), a covered seating area with a grill and a children's playground with a sandbox. Possibility of renting bandbinton, net swings, lazy tennis. The cottage has wireless WIFI internet.

Cottage

• The cottage has 8 separate rooms (3× 3-bed, 3× 4-bed, 1× 5-bed, 1× 6-bed).
• On the ground floor and on the first floor there are men's and women's toilets equipped with a shower. On the ground floor there is a washing machine with a dryer.
• Common room with a television with digital satellite reception and all Czech channels.
• Bar with a game room (electric darts) and seating - possibility of ordering a keg of beer. There is a toilet by the bar.
• Shared kitchen (4 refrigerators, 2 gas stoves with ovens, espresso coffee maker, microwave, 3 kettles, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, common dishes, pantry).
• Finnish sauna for 4 people with a cooling shower and a relaxation room.
• Children's corner with an outdoor terrace.
• There is a lockable ski room, shoe dryer.
• The cottage is heated by gas heating in all rooms, in the common room there is a tiled wood stove, which is available in cold weather.

Apartment Leo (up to 4 people)

• Apartment equipment: satellite TV with Czech channels, clothes dryer, microwave with grill, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, kettle, gas stove with hood, common dishes.
• The apartment has its own separate entrance and is located on the ground floor.

Apartment Nika (up to 6 people)

• Apartment equipment: satellite TV with Czech channels, clothes dryer, microwave with grill, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, kettle, gas stove with hood, common dishes.
• The apartment has its own separate entrance and is located on the first floor.

The cottage is ideal for ski courses, sports camps, corporate training, weddings, class reunions, school trips, schools in nature, families with children.

• Dolní náměstí (shops, ATMs, restaurants, disco, ski equipment and mountain bike rentals, etc.) – 10 min. walk

ACCOMMODATION PRICE LIST

Explanations:

• With a smaller occupancy of the cottage (350 CZK / person / night)
• The price includes water, gas, electricity and parking.
• For stays shorter than 4 nights, we charge 80 CZK for bed linen (or you can bring your own).
• For non-standard final cleaning there is an additional charge of 2,000 CZK.
• Sauna – according to consumption 1 kW / 30 CZK
• Dog for an additional charge of 150 CZK / day (only by agreement) – we do not accommodate large breeds.
• Baby cot – free of charge.
• Additional charge for wood for grill 700 CZK.
• Sports camps, school trips, camps – discount by agreement.
• WEDDINGS: In case of renting a cottage for a wedding (price according to the price list), it is necessary to also order the rental of apartments at a discounted price of 5,000 CZK / weekend / 2 apartments.

Conditions:

• To make a binding reservation, it is necessary to send a 50% deposit of the full price to account number 115-5735370267/0100 (as a variable symbol, indicate the date of arrival), which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Additional payment upon arrival.
• Refundable deposit
  - when occupying the entire cottage, a refundable deposit of CZK 3,000
  is collected - when occupying the apartment, a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000
  is collected - the deposit will be returned in full after the property is handed over in good order.
• The time of arrival of the stay is by agreement.
• In the event of the arrival of a lower number of people ordered, it is necessary to pay for all ordered places. In the event of a different arrival and departure than ordered, the price ordered is valid.
• Upon arrival, a list of names of the accommodated guests must be presented and a spa fee of CZK 25 / adult / night must be paid.
