A trail with medium-difficult climbs and difficult downhills, mainly for mountain bikes. Runs on 2nd class asphalt roads, reinforced forest roads and paths.
At the beginning, we climb to Hranice. The climb is followed by a downhill to the sawmill in Janov. From here, we set out on the road to Mýto, in direction to the chalet Jizerka, and on a forest path, we climb to Harrachov. During the ride through Harrachov towards the state border, we can visit a glass museum or a brewery. From the Novosvětský mountain pass, we set out on the skiing artery via Krakonošova snídaně and the Ručičky crossing back to Rokytnice.

Rokytnice nad Jizerou square – Krásná vyhlídka – Hranice – Na Kamlu – Janov (sawmill) – Mýto (confluence of Jizera and Mumlava) – chalet Jizerka – Harrachov ČSAD bus station – Nový Svět – Novosvětský mountain pass – below Kamenec – below Vosecká bouda – Krakonošova snídaně – below Ptačinec – Ručičky – Kostelní road – Rokytnice nad Jizerou.
