It is a rather short but at the beginning and in the rises a very difficult trail. It goes on 2nd class roads and reinforced roads. The second half will fascinate you by free and easy downhills – this is the trail going to Vysoké nad Jizerou.
First, we climb up by the cemetery all the way to the crossing Hranice; from here we turn left and ride down to Vilémov. We continue by a steep rise up the hill via the so-called Havírna on the contour line to Paseky nad Jizerou and we climb again to the church. A wonderful view of the mountains opens in front of us. Further, we continue to Vysoké nad Jizerou and go down through Tříč to Jablonec nad Jizerou. On the road, we return to Rokytnice. At the petrol station, we can also turn hillwards and one more rise is waiting for us. When reaching its top, we will be rewarded with a view of Rokytnice from the summer side.
