From the Rokytnice square we set out to the hotel Sporthotel Bohemia, where we turn left and on the contour line, we thread through to the next crossing. Here, we go straight and down the hill passing an Old people's home to Paseky nad Jizerou. Here, we cross over the bridge and join the green trail, which will lead us to the chalet Perlíček, colloquially referred to as Prdek. Then, we continue along the yellow trail to the Štěpánka observation tower (959 m a.s.l.). Following the green trail, we return to the valley to Mýto and continue following the blue trail via Planýrka back to Paseky and backtrack to Rokytnice nad Jizerou.
